Marketinaren eta komunikazioaren arteko erlazioak gero eta sakonagoak dira. Job description

UNOde50, Spanish jewelry Brand with international established presence, is looking for the Global Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy worldwide.
Reporting to the Global CEO, the person hired will:
  • Define, design, manage and coordinate the market research actions, the strategic marketing and the brand strategy.
  • Ensure that the corporate image follows the standards defined by the company.
Accountabilities:
    • Define the strategy of Marketing and external communication of UNOde50, in accordance with the guidelines of the Company Strategy.
    • Design, manage and oversee the strategy of communication, advertising, brand, social media and public relations at UNOde50, in an omnichannel perspective.
    • Plan, organize, coordinate and control the actions of market research and marketing.
    • Plan and coordinate the positioning and management of UNOde50 brand, leading the implementation of the plan of relaunching the brand.
    • Design a distinctive communication based on the "story-telling" of the designer (jewelry).
    • Design, plan and coordinate the actions of corporate social responsibility.
    • Support to subsidiaries and franchises of UNOde50 (particularly USA) in marketing and communication activities.
    • Develop strategies for a better understanding of the UNOde50 strategic segments, making follow-up, customer service and customer loyalty plans.
    • Lead the implementation and monitoring of the CRM system, in collaboration with Retail.
    • Plan and manage the presence of UNOde50 in social networks.
    • Define and promote the overall eCommerce strategy.
    • Define, together with the Director of Retail, aspects of Visual and Architecture of the stores.

Requirements:
  • At least 15 years experienced in Marketing, 5 of them leading the Marketing strategy.
  • Experience in retail sector is a must. Desirable fashion or luxury firms.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations...
  • Spanish and English: Fully professional proficiency.
